Logistics
Identify modes of travel, communications, and shuttle service.
Entertainment
Arrange reunion entertainment and local attractions.
Uber / Lyft Services
Ascertain local contact information for local Uber & Lyft Services.
Media Publication
Responsible media communications and marketing content.
Chairperson
Project manager, coordinator.
Treasury
Manage reunion finances. Reports to chairperson, committees, general assembly.
Heritage Scholarship
Arrange reunion entertainment and local attractions.
Featured Attactions
Determine attractions for youth. Setup chaperon services for youth adventures.
Co-Chairperson
Assist chairperson with project management and coordination.
Secretary
Provide record notes of reunion board meetings, and general assembly.
Emergency Services
Map emergency services, e.g., hospital, clinics, drugs stores, in facility surrounding.
Family Lineage
Responsible for updates and entries to the KLK family tree.
