The name is KEYS/LEWIS/KEYES FAMILY REUNION FOUNDATION, often referred to as KLK Reunion in this and other documents.

This document is to assist with the passage of duties and responsibilities from one chairperson and his/her committees to facilitate the biennial family reunion, which promotes unity, peace, harmony and the general welfare of the KLK family, and to coordinate and facilitate family reunions and any other family gathering that the foundation might deem appropriate.
Composed of members who are family members and their loved ones.
shall be governed by the majority vote of the members at any regularly scheduled family reunion, usually biannually. The Executive Board shall supervise and direct the day to day operations of the foundation and shall have the authority to make necessary and proper expenditures within the limits set by the membership.

Committee Duties/Responsibilities:
Chairperson
Project management needed to host a family reunion. General location of reunion to be determined by the general assembly. Coordinate the efforts of committees and subcommittees. Facilitate joint committee meetings and monitor progress and ensure prompt reply to matters that shall effort reunion outcome.
Co-Chairperson
Assist chairperson with project management, and coordination of committee personnel. In the absence of chairperson, facilitate joint communications between committee members and general assembly to ensure everyone is abreast of reunion progress.
Secretary
Document conversation and discussions of committee meetings. Assist with development of the reunion newsletter, a semiannual newsletter [sometimes sooner] distributed to the general membership. This newsletter is to keep family members abreast of reunion progress and inform members of various events at the subsequent reunion, e.g., changes, additions, eliminations, etc.
Treasury
Establish bank account(s) to manage the "General Operating" and "Heritage Scholarship" funds. General operating funds shall be solicitated from general membership and shall be used to help with reunion operational management. The general assembly shall also be canvased to support the Heritage Scholarship, which shall be used to award two (2) $500 scholarships annually to family members graduating from high school, attending an accredited college or certified training program. Treasury shall provide financial updates and/or information at committee meetings, and provide status at the reunion general assembly meeting. Expenditures will require to signatures and the treasury shall have an assistant for this purpose.

Media
Responsible for media communications and marketing content on Facebook, Instagram, KLK Website, etc.
